Deposits (And terms of Reservations):
- A Reservation Deposit of $250 is
required at time of reservation for stays of one month or
less. Cancellations within 30 days prior to
arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.

- A Reservation Deposit of $1000 is
required at time of reservation for stays of one month or
more. Cancellations within 30 days prior to
arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.

- Minimum three nights stay
required. Taxes of 7%(GST) are not included. Stays
longer than 62 days are exempt from tax. All reservations
must be guaranteed in full by credit card, certified cheque,
money order or bank wire deposit.
- A Damage Deposit will be secured
by your credit card for $250.00 and will be refunded upon
check-out pending there is not damage to the suite.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within thirty days prior to arrival will
result in loss of the deposit.

- Damage deposits will be refunded upon check out pending
there is no damage to the property. Damage deposits
are secured by credit card upon reservation.

Fees and Taxes:
- All rates are quoted in Canadian currency and do not
include taxes.

- Cleaning fees and damages may apply.

- Complimentary Limousine service from Vancouver
Airport to Yaletown Suite.
